  • A clear and compelling transpersonal purpose around which everyone is aligned and passionate
  • The right people doing the right things and having
    outrageous fun doing it
  • Clear success metrics that are measured, met, and exceeded
  • Clear decision rights … everybody knows who decides what
  • Individual and collective accountability
  • Abundant appreciation
  • Creativity, fun (I know I mentioned fun in the second bullet point and if I can find a way I’ll mention it again) and playfulness
  • Radical truth telling
  • Abundant time to do everything they want to do
